Mercer Carnegie Library Books by Mail Application
The Mercer Carnegie Library has added a Books by Mail Program to the services offered to Library District residents.
The trial program has been funded by the Friends of the Mercer Carnegie Library and RNA Chapter 20094 in an effort to help the Library reach out to District residents unable to utilize the 97 year-old Library due to the facility's lack of accessibility.
District residents who are home-bound, handicapped or recovering from serious illness may now sign up to have library materials delivered to their homes via US mail. Materials may be returned by prepaid postage.
Applications to participate in the program are available by contacting the Library or may be downloaded below. District residents must obtain a Library card to be eligible to participate in the program. The Library's District is comprised of Millersburg and Mercer Townships.
